Departure and arrival times:

Residence: Arrivals are after 5 PM (excluding July/August 6:00 PM) and departures before 10.00 AM. Late arrivals must be notified.

Hotel: Arrivals are after 3 PM and departures before 11.00 AM.

Included in rental fee: Room cleaning and beds made on arrival and departure. Towels, bath sheets, a broom, a bucket and a mop are provided, as well as a maintenance kit. On departure, please dispose of rubbish and put dirty dishes to wash. Cleaning may be arranged during your stay, on request at the reception (fees apply, conditions available at the reception).

Laundry: A laundry service is available, schedules and rates available at the hotel/residence reception. You may exchange dirty sheets or towels for clean ones at the laundry, once a week (for any stay of more than a week) during the opening hours notified by reception.
